Returns & Exchange Policy

Store items, including helmets and pre-order products, may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in new, resalable condition with all original tags, packaging, and dust bags intact. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

• All items are carefully inspected prior to shipment.
• Refunds and store credits are issued using the original method of payment.
• We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for items that have been used, damaged, altered, or returned after the 30-day return period.

Note: This Return & Exchange Policy applies to online purchases, in-store purchases, and pre-orders only. It does not apply to gift cards, custom stalls, or arena footing.

Custom stalls and arena footing are sold and invoiced directly by the manufacturer.
