How can you visit our Showroom?

Our Showroom can only be visited by Appointment. Please contact us for our Showroom location address at hausofconcord@gmail.com and book an appointment with us. Submit a preferred time and date. You 'll receive a confirmation from us before your visit.
What are the Showroom opening hours?

We will arrange a time and date for you after you have sent us your availability. According to that, we will confirm your time slot.
How can I return an item?

Any return must be verified by Haus of Concord, please send your request to our e-mail with your receipt and the reason for return.
How can I customize my helmet?

For customization, you can either visit us at our Showroom location or submit your configurator link to us at hausofconcord@gmail.com before placing your order. Your configurated helmet link will be confirmed (choice of material and price) before purchasing and placing the order. All customized helmets will get send to our location and will be priced in CAD.
